Meet Mr. Moe

I’m excited to welcome Naomi Clark, creator of Mr. Moe, a wonderful  sensory tool to help kids express emotions by showing a happy or sad face on bright colored pillows, key chains, stickers, and stamps.

I’ve invited Naomi to answer a few questions about her product. She has also offered to GIVE AWAY THREE MEDIUM SIZED PILLOWS TO THREE LUCKY COMMENTERS!

Let the fun begin!

Welcome Naomi and Mr. Moe!

Interview with Mr. Moe’s creator

Naomi, tell us about Mr. Moe?

Mr. Moe is a super soft, colorful, round happy/sad face boldly embroidered on a pillow. It is a tool to help express emotions.

How did you come up with the idea?

When I was eight years old, I was in an isolation room fighting an infection from a ruptured appendix for three weeks. My dad would visit and draw the happy/sad face on a simple piece of paper and hang it on my wall. It always made me smile and feel better. I have never forgotten that happy/sad face, and have dreamt of of sharing the concept with others.

Mr. Moe was inspired by my dad.

A year ago I started to make my dream a reality. Since then, I have been overwhelmed by stories of children and their Mr Moe.

I thank my many friends who encourage me to move forward.

What are your hopes for Mr. Moe?

My passion is for every child to have a Mr. Moe. Especially children with special needs that have non verbal moments. We all have those times (me too).

I was a pediatric nurse for many years and hope to share this product in hospitals too.

Where can we purchase Mr. Moe products?

You can purchase them on our website www.meetmrmoe.com.  Or email me at meetmrmoe@gmail.com. I would be honored to help and answer any questions.

Mr. Moe products make great fundraising tools too!

THANK YOU NAOMI AND MR. MOE!

Naomi was kind enough to ship a package of Mr. Moe goodies to my gang in Chicago. Elaina and Zoya each snagged a key chain, and Polly and Evie love the pillows. They are soft, the colors are bright and cheerful, and Polly easily figured out the happy/sad face idea :) .

(Note: I have not been paid to write about or endorse this product. I just really like it!)
